Hi Denis, just a note to say THANKYOU!!!! for the best accommodation Steve and I were able to experience during our recent trip to Tassie. I have posted stunning photos of the cosy cottage on my facebook and clicked 'like' on the cosy cottage page for facebook. When we moved on to our next destination, it was within minutes that Steve said "can we phone Denis and have our home back"? I cant say enough good things about 'our little house' and we look forward to coming to Tassie again and either staying there
again or working our way through all the accommodation you provide for a change. We will also give ourselves more time for fishing!! Again, thankyou so much for your hospitality, Steve and Tracey.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the Cottage. The bed was comfy, the surroundings superb, peaceful & tranquil. The fishing was better than any we've experienced. It was a welcome retreat from the hectic city lifestyle & it has made us seriously think of a move to Tassie for a 5yr working holiday! I was raving to others about the cottage before we even came here to stay & I will now go home & rave about it even more! Sitting on the bed in the morning with a cuppa & looking at the view sets you up for a magnificent day! It has been an absolute pleasure to stay here-- Thank you Denis, Raquel & Andre xoxoxox Tracey & Steve, Adelaide, SA

We drove around Port Arthur for a bit over an hour trying to find a warm and cosy accommodation and wallah !! We spent the evening drinking wine and playing scrabble by the fire- it was the 2nd time my husband (of only 1 week) won scrabble!!! To all the Crew at Hire with Denis Our Stay 25/26/27/November

Firstly our appreciation for such an inviting, warm, fire after our 6 hours trip from the West Coast of Tasmania.
We were blown away by the fact you had thought of so many small details to welcome us to your cottage and home.
From the Congratulatory bottle of wine, fresh picked garden flowers, lavender sprigs on the pillows and a view to die for ….we simply couldn’t ask for more…
But there was….the advice on what to see, directions, and information packages in the Cottage folder.
Breakfast was a treat with the fresh laid eggs we purchase from Denis ,the Wildlife in the area was great , we were practically greeted at the door one night by a Wallaby , a little spooky after a Ghost tour ,but very beautiful ; in our short 3 days stay we saw ,; Wallabies , possums, echidnas, a huge variety of birds and a potoroo.
Not having a TV was great as it inspired us to fill in our time otherwise by sightseeing.
Quietly tucked away, your cottage oozes a fantastic ambience, the sunsets are blissful and we didn’t even mind the little rain we had.
To get such fresh oysters and have all the cooking facilities made it nice to have a quiet one indoors.
And your hospitality didn’t stop there. We were warmly greeted at Port Arthur by Raquel, your wife, who was more then happy to help us with all our inquiries.
We did however encounter one big difficulty, and that was leaving ….

Warmest regards,
Brett, Daniela (Zeehan TAS).
