So much more than just a great location. We've been travelling ( and exploring) Tassie on a tight budget. With an advanced booking at such a low price we really weren't expecting alot but were so pleasantly surprised by the originality of this rough diamond. Having stayed in many "sterile" accommodations during our travels, Denis's Cottage has re-awakened our faith in original home style accommodation. So very unique, the name says it all... To the family . What a wonderful part of the world you live in. Thank you for letting myself and my partner share it with you . we have enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back soon. Thanks again lots of good memories. Mark & Sarah. Hobart
Dear Denis , Raquel & Andre; Thank you for letting us stay in your charming cottage. We all loved it! I would also like to thank Andre for helping us get some oysters. I was especially impressed when he came down and introduced himself & his friend with a handshake! That is a rare thing with kids in QLD so good on him for showing some effort in talking to adults instead to sticking his nose in the air as kids often don't waste there breath on adults now a days. Anyway thanks again had a great time will recommend to all. TA! Doug & Kel.

Sorell Fruit Farm It is not an early spring but we are opening early to allow you to appreciate this year’s glorious blossoms.
http://www.sorellfruitfarm.comThe Coal Mines Historic Site, situated on the Tasman Peninsula, was Tasmania's first operational mine. Developed both to limit the colony's dependence upon costly imported coal from New South Wales, as well as serving as a place of punishment for the "worst class" of convicts from Port Arthur, the mine was operational for over 40 years.
